| Cancellation and Late Policy |
| We know at times there is no choice but to cancel an appointment. We require 24 hour
notice for cancellation. Multiple service appointments must be confirmed with a credit card or gift certificate
number. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in a 50% service charge. Late arrivals may result in an adjustment to the service
time. |
| General Information |
| Spa Escape was created with your enjoyment in mind. A place to unwind,
relax and forget about your everyday responsibilities. So that our guests
may enjoy their treatments, we kindly request children do not accompany
adults for their services. We would be happy to see your children for their
own appointments. In keeping with this concept we are a smoke free facility
and request that you silence your cell phone during your spa experience. |
| Spa Treatments |
| To provide you plenty of time to change, relax and get acquainted with Spa
Escape, we ask that our guests arrive 15 minutes prior to spa appointments.
We recommend that you do not shave prior to any spa body service.
Every thing you need will be provided for your service, including spa robes
and slippers. Our guests are always appropriately draped for privacy and
warmth during every service. All of our spa treatment guests are welcome to
use our shower facilities. |

Spa Escape is pleased to honor Visa and Mastercard. Personal checks are accepted with appropriate identification. We do accept Spa Wish and Spa Finder Gift Cards. Gratuities are not included unless otherwise stated. Envelopes are available for your convenience at the front desk. |
